Terms of use

GMMTRY and the Gammetry software are offered by DJ BOY LLC ("we"). By buying a license or using the software, you agree to these terms.

Licenses

A job pass lets you export the cut files of one job. A year license lets you export any number of jobs for 12 months from the date of purchase and does not renew automatically. Licenses are for your own use or your business's use and may not be resold or shared publicly.

Check before you cut

Gammetry is a measuring and drawing tool. Results depend on your photos, discs and setup. Always check key dimensions with a tape measure before cutting material. We are not responsible for wasted material, machine time or labor.

Refunds

If a job pass hasn't been used, or Gammetry doesn't work on your Mac, contact us within 14 days of purchase for a refund.

Software provided as is

Gammetry is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the license in question.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version on this page applies from the date it's posted.
